No Contract Pest Control LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the booking tool at nocopest.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request a quote or book service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide at checkout: first and last name, email, and (optionally) phone number.
- Service address and approximate property data (square footage, lot size, latitude/longitude) used to quote a price and route a technician.
- Booking selections such as the services you choose, the date and time window, and the SMS-consent checkbox state.
- Session telemetry — anonymous identifiers, the steps you completed, the time you spent, and your browser’s user agent — used to debug the booking flow and improve conversion.
- Server logs standard to web applications: IP address, request timestamps, and page paths.
We do not collect or store credit-card numbers on this site. Payment is handled at time of service through our scheduling platform.
How we use it
- To geocode your address, look up serviceable area, and calculate a price.
- To create a customer record and schedule the appointment in our field-service software (see “Service providers” below).
- To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, agreement-signing links, and post-service summaries by email — and, if you opt in, by SMS text message.
- To respond to questions, troubleshoot booking issues, and improve the tool.
- To comply with our legal and tax obligations.
Service providers
We share the minimum information needed with the following providers to deliver service:
- FieldRoutes — our field-service management platform. Stores customer records, subscriptions, schedules, and invoices.
- Google Maps Platform — used for address autocomplete and geocoding.
- Estated — used to estimate property square footage and lot size from a public address.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, DigitalOcean) — to operate the website and database.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
SMS messaging
If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, you may receive transactional text messages related to your appointment (confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect email confirmations.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser-storage entries to preserve your progress through the booking steps. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Data retention
We retain customer records and service history for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide ongoing service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymous session telemetry is retained for up to 12 months.
Your choices and rights
You may at any time:
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt out of SMS messaging by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.

Children
The site is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
